Embodied Purpose is a 3-month immersive group-journey designed for you who feels the call to live, work, and lead from a deeper place of truth.

This is not about figuring out what your purpose is - its about remembering it through the body and letting it take shape in how you move and create in the world.

This 3-months group journey is designed to bring awareness to all the places that you try to hide, play small and limit your potential - and support you in rising into who you are meant to be!
You will be challenged - Lovingly.

There is something very special about deep, immersive group journeys - they open up for something that 1:1 work just cannot reach.

When a group meets with intention and devotion, the breakthroughs that become possible are far greater than what our minds can grasp.

Group containers have played a very big role in my own journey and for a long time, I have had the vision to gather a group of dedicated women - devoted to living this life from within and create from a place of deep attunement.

Now, the time has come.

Through embodiment practices, shadow work, circle work, energy work, shamanic work and methods from Somatic Therapy and Tantric Sexology, we will dive deep within, release what no longer serves us, expand into our full expression, open our voice, meet our edges, own our power, and cultivate the capacity to hold ourselves through it all.

I am not here to give you any answers, in fact I believe that all answers live inside you.

I held my first workshop for women 8 years ago and have been full-time self-employed ever since, which has taken me on a wild journey through breakdowns and breakthroughs.

I have started and build many projects, some have had great success and others have failed wildly. I have fallen and risen many times on this journey and trust me, I have been in despair, hopelessness and frustration so huge I almost lost trust in this path…

Though something deep in my core has led me to keep putting one foot in front of the other, trusting my inner compas, building the capacity needed in my nervous system to keep navigating the chaos and slowly but steadily creating the life and business that I lead today.

I humbly invite you into a held space where you get to meet yourself, explore the connection to your inner knowing, melt into your bodily wisdom and be supported in taking concrete steps towards building the life and business you long for.

Practical Information

This journey consists of 3 Full-day in-person Immersions and 3 guided group Sessions online via Zoom. We start on the 11th of april with our first full day together and end on the 28th of june with our last group Session.

Guided Group Sessions (online)

The Guided Group Sessions will be a space to meet, share and dive deeper in-between our Immersions.

Full-day Immersions

The full-day Immersions will be held in beautiful surroundings at Siala in Hvalsø (50 min outside of Copenhagen), soaked in nature, spaciousness and light.

The dates for our Full-day Immersions are the following:

Saturday the 11th of April - 12:00-18:00 // Landing

Sunday the 10th of May - 12:00-18:00 // Deepening

Sunday the 7th of June - 12:00-18:00 // Rising

*A simple, delicious and organic lunch will be served all days
